The nature of second-hand goods

All items are used and sold as seen. Descriptions and photographs are made honestly and in good faith, but second-hand furniture will show signs of previous use. Dimensions are approximate. Colours may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting and screen settings.

Stock and availability

Many items are one of a kind. In the unlikely event an item sells in-store before your online order is processed, we will contact you immediately and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are as shown on the site and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if we do, we'll contact you before processing your order.

Delivery and collection

Delivery terms, areas and charges are set out on our Delivery & Collection page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. Please check items on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.

Cancellations and refunds

Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any purchase is limited to the price paid for the item.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
